St. Patrick's day

Today is a day that reminds me how little green is in my closet. I mean I have some green, but I have no regular green. I have that olive green. So I'm using a St. Patrick's day button I have from last year. Now that I think about it I honestly wouldn't have worn green if I had any. Got to work today. My uniform is navy blue. Oh fun.
So I was looking at that best glutes competition by max muscle. I went to the website to see what that was about. Well they actually post the pictures on their website. The members vote. I have several problems with this. 1. no guy will win this. Typically guys are on those sites and who do most guys vote for. Women's butts. So no guy is going to win. 2. the images aren't hard coded. If you wanted to you could download the pictures off the site. I'm sorry, but I don't want my butt being posted all over the web. The thing with max muscle is that it seems like it's gearing more towards women. I think every single issue of their magazine has a woman on their cover this year. For two years the person that won the max fit contest has been a woman. The really annoying thing is that if you read the description of the contest it's the best overall transformation. Honestly men have a bigger overall transformation then women. It's how we are genetically designed. I mean the two runners up this year honestly had a way bigger transformations then the winner. A lot of the articles are geared to women. I'm not saying that the company has to be only guy centred, but it does need to not be geared to only one gender. There should be a guy and a girl winner. There should be an equal number of men and women on the cover. They have a women's issue, but there is no guy issue. It's the libra in me that wants fairness.
Well today I had to think of a video with green in it. Well that one didn't take too much thinking. How about the legendary green hero. That's right I'm talking about Link from Legend of Zelda. So I'm posting a video which is a compilation of cut scenes from Legend of Zelda Twlight Princess. I realize I haven't posted too many videos from that game. Probably because I never played it. Today's tip is today everyone suddenly cares what you're wearing and will punish you if it's not right. Good luck with that.

Weird thought

I was talking to my friend yesterday and I don't know how this was brought up, but I mentioned that I talked to this guy one time and he said I talk like a white guy. And like I said I don't know why that came up, but it did. I'm just sitting there thinking why do I sound white? Well my friend said what he meant was that you write and talk like you are educated and not ghetto. Which brought up the thought why does being educated make me white? If you haven't figured it out by now I'm black. Why can't I be black and educated. Well the answer is stereotyping. You listen to random black people questioned off the street and they typically sound "ghetto". I mean it's a stereotype that is hard to just ignore. I remember being in middle school and I remember a lot of the black kids saying I sounded and acted white. Just something that doesn't need to divide a community like that. You shouldn't be acting white because you are educated. It should be you are acting educated. Well that was my weird random thought.
I think I was hit on yesterday. I'm 94% sure that I was hit on. I was asked questions that you don't ask when you are buying protein such as why are you working here? Where do you go to school? Why don't you talk to me about these other products. Now yes the first two questions could be just making conversation, but I've never had a guy ask me those questions when they say they are specifically looking for proteins. I show them the proteins and they just seem to want to hear me talk. I like to think I'm good at reading people, and I couldn't read this guy. One minute he sounded interested then he didn't. Then I think I caught him kinda doing a once over. My boss was pretty sure I was hit on too since he seemed to keep looking up to see if I was there and finally bought something when he saw I went to the back. So ego boost.
Cheats always fascinate me because it seems like learning the cheat takes up so much more time then just doing it the normal way. Or you have to do it using the adaption of the game. Well this is one for Ocarina of Time. If you've ever played the game you know that you have to get the three stones then the ocarina of time to get the master sword. Well this guy skipped getting the stones. He shows how to get passed the door then shows that if you pull the sword you'll notice that the stones are there. Today's tip is the enemy of your enemy is your friend. Unless they're a jerk in which case they are your enemy too.

Pretty darn good tuesday

So today I'm feeling pretty darn good. I got up on time to do a workout. I was worried that my stomach wasn't going to allow me to finish the workout, but I pulled through it. So I finished my workout and I just felt like I had a lot of spare time. I mean I got a lot done real quickly today. I'm just in a good mood today. That usually happens on days that I workout. Yesterday I was not having too good of a day. I mean I woke up just not feeling right. So I didn't workout, but luckily it went away. It was also a really slow day since it was raining...hard. My room mate also wasn't feeling good. He said he stomach was bothering him and I thought it was something serious since he did have a fever. Luckily it did break and it seems like he's getting better. They also added shutters to the windows of my apartment building. The annoying thing is these are the shutters that don't actually work. They are just there for looks. This was done in spite of the fact that clearly the money should have been given to a roofer to do the roof which is peeling and what not. Lucky for me I'm not on the top floor so if the room leaks it's more of a problem for the people above me then it is my problem. Well guess I should go enjoy more of today. Today I again happened to again check out a recommendation video. This one is a video of Legend of Zelda Wind Waker. Apparently this is the 6th boss Molegra. I say that because I never really finished the game. I just made it past the first boss and that's pretty much it. Game annoyed me too much. Anyway I'm sure any of you that have played Majora's mask will find that this boss looks kinda familiar. He also dies just like the one your thinking of. Yeah this guy is kinda like Twin mold. Minus the growing giant thing and having to attack the tongue not the head or tail. Anyway enjoy. Today's tip is Deja Vu is the body's way of telling you your boring do something new already.

A lot to do

Yeah got a lot to do the rest of this month. For one I'd like to actually see 160 lbs on the scale some time this month. My goal for next month will be staying above 160. Another thing I want to do is get a 2nd job so I have a little extra money. Extra money is good since I want to go visit my family and of course it always helps to have that little bit of money. Other then that it's just getting through this week really. For several reasons. 1 this months almost over and I get antsy around this time. 2. I want to watch another episode of Ben 10 Ultimate Alien. Which brings up the fact that the opening was kinda....boring. I figured they'd kinda go back to their roots with an opening, but I was wrong. Just shows all the aliens he has been and can be now. I do want to see some of the old aliens though. Like Wild Vine or Four Arms. Which oddly enough reminds me of what I saw on the Today show. They had Jackie Warner on talking about her new book and she was showing the audience how some people do exercises and how they are wrong. Well one which she was showing was the Bicep Curl. Oh boy do I have a problem with that one. Not that I can't do it, but I mean with seeing people do it. On that video for Xpand Xtreme Pump I was so mad about how the bodybuilder they had in it was doing it. He was throwing his back into it. He was using the legs. Basically every body part to lift that weight. Ok that isn't working the arms. It's working everything to lift that weight. What is the point of being at a higher weight if you can't lift it. Makes me wonder how the hell did he get to that size (roids) if he's lifting incorrectly? I mean every personal trainer has to be kicking themselves if they see someone do that especially a bodybuilder on youtube. Oh and that state senator I was talking about earlier. Yeah he starts his jail time today. That's right he gets a whole 45 days in jail for 3 DUI's. I should also mention that all 3 were in a 1 year time. Now that's basically every 4 months he got a new one. Now I don't care if this guy is a democrat or a republican. He needs to get his ass out of the senate, but no he keeps that job. He just got a slap on the wrist and 45 days. If I was the judge I would have given him the maximum sentence. It's not like this was his 1st offense so we should be lenit. It was 1 of 3 DUI's. I'm also pretty sure he has other ones on his record. Come on people he needs to be made an example out of. If I had done that you can bet I would have gotten the max sentence. It's things like this that make people hate politicians. They do whatever the hell they want and get away with it. So the video for today is a speed run of Legend of Zelda Majora's mask. Now this one I actually did finish because honestly it is shorter then the other games in a way, but it's also a lot more complicated. For one time actually matters in this game. Another is that it's the same 3 days over and over again and if you screw up one event then you might have to restart completely. What I mean is that you have to go back in time to try it again. Some say it was not nearly as good as Ocarina of Time, but personally any game that I can finish is good. Today's tip is moving forward while constantly looking back is a good way of smacking into a wall.

A lot on Sunday

So I didn't post yesterday because 1. I got up late. 2. My room mate got me up so we could go shopping for stuff. He had something he wanted to buy and I told him I needed new shoes so he took it upon himself to wake me up so we could bond while shopping. Yeah I got him back for that later. Seemed like I didn't really rest yesterday. I can tell I'm getting sick, but so far it hasn't stopped me from working (knock on wood). Anyway Saturday was a good day for me. I surprised my boss by doing so well. Even talked a couple people into buying things they might not have. The joy of giving people information to help them. I got a bonus because of it. Yay bonus. Other then that nothing is really going on. Saturday was kinda dull and Sunday all I did was run around. Well I did realize my brother has some serious anger issues. I'm calling up my mom and she asks him a question and I mean he flips out on her. I mean I could clearly hear him yelling at her. I call him up and told him that I could clearly hear him yelling and I mean he was pissed off at her. I mean people call me stubborn, but that's nothing compared to my brother. I've had one person accuse me of being an angry person (during my full on depression) which again is nothing compared to what he has going on. Personally I think he has some sort of issue going on. I think it has to do with his graduation coming up. Maybe it is something else, but like I said I don't know what's going on with him. On a different note that mother from Ohio (shockingly) is staying with the boyfriend. On the today show they had a psychologist and a psychiatrist. They both say that something is wrong with the mother if she can just get up and leave her child. Well clearly there is something wrong with the mother because she's dating a married man. Just one of those things that makes you wonder what is going on with them. How did they even find each other. Makes you wonder about the boyfriend's wife and how she feels. How about the husband who forgave the wife only to find out she's just coming to get her stuff and leaving with the boyfriend again. Just wrong I say. They also showed a video where a man was helping a woman who was getting mugged and got stabbed by the mugger. He then laid there for an hour before help arrived. Now I should also mention that about 25 people walked by him as he laid there dying. One even stopped to take a picture on his cellphone. Ok why take a picture. What in the world would you do with that pic. Put it on facebook? Twitter maybe? It's that whole diffusion of responsibility. The more people around the less likely any one person is going to do something to help. Just sad that it comes to that. That man should still be alive today if someone had just realized that no one was helping him. I mean at least call 911. I'm sure all of you have heard of The Legend of Zelda. If you haven't then well your life is sad. Anyway there was a game that came out on the N64 called Ocarina of Time. I think this is still one of the biggest games in the Legend of Zelda world. Anyway I had the game, but I never finished it because it was so long so I admire anyone that can finish it. So I'm posting a video of someone who did it in about 2 and half hours. Now this is a speed run and this is using the computer version of the game and exploiting glitches, but I still find it impressive so if you have 2 and half hours to kill why not watch it. Today's tip is anger is like a pet gator. May seem cute and harmless at first, but quickly grows and is to much to handle then bites off your arm.

Today is better

So yesterday I was in a not so great mood (obviously). I think it had to do with my headache and feeling like I had way too much crap to do. It was not a pleasant feeling. Plus getting customer after customer asking to talk to my boss. So like I said not a good day. So with I'm feeling much better. Plus a lot of the stuff we need to do is now done. Had a customer today that was just rude. I know that reading is a great way to learn, but I mean some people should stop reading or not trust everything they read. Plus she is like I can't have anything purple or red to drink because I have a test. Turns out it was just a colonoscopy. I must say I have never heard that instruction before. Also had another guy come in saying he didn't need protein because the doctor said so. Plus he didn't need it because he was big enough. Makes you wonder if people are actually listening to what the doctor or the magazine says or just remember what looks good and looks like a fun fact to remember. Tonight I'm pretty much doing nothing since the State of the Union will take over my comedies. Oh and I will no longer watch Children of the Corn. Ever. I haven't seen that movie and months and last night I had a dream that He Who Walks Behind the Rows had sent the children to kill me. It of course got weirder. He sent sent some weird buzz saw like leaf after me and apparently I had the Omnitrix (Ben 10 and Ben 10 alien force) and became a leaf like that as well to kill it. Yeah I have a weird ass mind. Pretty sure no one wants to be up there. So that buzz saw like leaf reminded me (somehow) of the first boss from Legend of Zelda Majora's mask. Maybe because he sends his bug minions to kill you. Anyway here's a video so you can see what I'm talking about. Today's tip is remember if you are in the public eye, everything you say can and will be used against you for at least 5 years. 10 if it's really good.
